Amy Sharpe, RN
Nurse
“I am a nurse because It gives me the opportunity to positively impact my clients/patients and my community. To know that I have encouraged, cared for, and or made a positive impact in one life makes my heart full.”
Amy initially met Amy Hane in 2006 while they were both caring for an elderly couple in their home. At the time, she provided private assistance, while Amy was a Home Health Social Worker. She credits Amy for encouraging her to follow her dream of becoming an RN. Through continued encouragement and unending determination, she not only completed her LPN degree, but went on to become an RN in 2012. She did all of this while continuing to work with the geriatric population both privately and at Pepper Hill Health and Rehabilitation in Aiken, SC. Amy always knew that her life’s work was with the geriatric population, but through continuing her education, Amy soon realized she wanted the ability to work in critical care in an acute care setting. With this continued drive, she soon joined the cardiac/stroke unit at Doctors Hospital of Augusta, GA in 2013, and later transitioned to the ICU shortly afterwards. She has a passion for learning and serving others, and her work with patients is evident of where her talents lie. She is a proud member of the CCNA and ANA. She is a licensed Registered Nurse in both South Carolina and Georgia. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren, friends and family, and being outdoors.
Stacie Heath RN, BSN

Her career in nursing began in Emergency Rooms and Intensive Care Units for the first 4 years, then she enjoyed 13 years working in home health. Stacie has been working in an outpatient wound clinic since 2019.
Stacie believes in putting family first and works part time to be able to spend more time with her sons. She enjoys camping trips with her family, concerts with friends, traveling to new places, being outdoors, cheering on her boys in their sports programs and her side gig as a makeup artist.
Liz Neal, BA
Associate Care Coordinator
“As a dementia specialist, I am a firm believer that knowledge is power. I have a passion for educating senior adults and their families so they can navigate the care options available to them while dealing with various forms of dementia.”
Over 20 years ago, while working for a behavioral health hospital, Liz Neal claims she “fell” into senior care. Part of her duties as a Community Outreach Director were calling on assisted living communities and nursing homes. She established relationships with several of the people she called on and ended up transitioning to a marketing position at a local assisted living community. She quickly learned she had missed her calling…senior care was “the one” and she never turned back. She moved from sales and marketing into an Executive Director’s position where she served for over 10 years. She also has experience in hospice and home care. She has been very active in the Aiken Community by serving on the boards of the Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce, the Aiken Rotary Club, Mental Health America of Aiken County, the Senior Commission and an Alzheimer’s support group facilitator. Liz retired from full time work in July of 2020, and is fulfilling a long time promise: that upon retirement, she would work part time for Amy Hane at Long Term Liaisons. In her newly found free time, she is enjoying: traveling, hiking, cooking, spending time with friends and curling up with a really good book.
